About Winter Solstice Yoga and Mindfulness

The winter solstice is a time to be gentle on the body, to be inside for self-reflection, and a time to set intentions for the upcoming 2024 year. Join Mandy Lubas and Kristen Harte from Holistic Therapies 4Life and honor the tradition of the solstice with intention setting, a gentle restorative yoga practice, and sound healing (including a compassion gong and crystal bowls) to bring you into a deep state of relaxation.

What to bring: a yoga mat, 2 blankets, water and eye pillow if desired.

This special class will take place indoors in the yellow farmhouse classroom at Long Hill.
