About Candlelit Hike & Meditation at Ward Reservation

As late fall moves us towards the stillness of winter, it is helpful to remember the warm, inner hearth that nurtures us through the year. In honor of the new moon this season, we invite you to join us in gathering at Ward Reservation. We will begin with a hike up Holt Hill in mindfulness, tuning into the sensory experience of this time of year. Once at the top, we will gather for a candlelit meditation around the solstice stones as we invite connection with our inner warmth & illumination. With the support of connection & community, we can practice nourishing this flame from the inside out.
