Join The Ipswich YMCA + CraneWellness for a journey in wellness this year. Thursday evenings at 5:15pm, overlooking Crane Beach, we will practice mindful yoga. Expect slower vinyasa style movement. Slow down your body and mind; leave feeling restored and refreshed. No prior yoga experience required. All ages and fitness levels are encouraged to join!Register
