We’re taking a month-long culinary journey through Asia, and we’re bringing farm-fresh ingredients from right here at Powisset. We’ll start with a tasty trip to Thailand!
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Thi will explore some of Thailand’s most beloved cuisine, including two dishes using rice, one of the country’s most important culinary and agricultural staples, and a tofu-centric version of its most iconic dish, Pad Thai. You’ll learn to make Tom Ka Gai with farm-grown ginger, Tofu Pad Thai with Dried Shrimp, and Sticky Rice with Mango.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
